The Ki Corp
Classification module is
designed to assist the Sheriffs Office staff with the
classification and reclassification of inmates. Just like the Ki
Corp's Jail Booking system, the Classification module is built using
the code of jail standards put forth by the Texas Commission on Jail
Standards.
Ki Corp's Classification system adds and tracks medical and suicide
information via easy-to-use screens. The Risk screen identifies
special conditions and risks by a series of yes and no
indicators. Reports are generated and printed with a click of a
button. An inmate image is available and prints on
classification reports for certain identification. A comment
screen is used for any additional information the classification
officer deems necessary. The Classification system also contains
a cell maintenance feature for adding and editing cell descriptions
and visitation schedules.

Ki Corp’s Personnel
Imaging and Badges module is designed to assist County departments
with the taking, saving, and viewing of personnel photographs, addition of new
personnel and the production of employee badges.
The system takes and saves a photo, associated with an existing
employee, and prints a photo ID badge with all pertinent information
and signature lines. The system also prints an Oath of Commission card
which certifies that an employee is a sheriff of the Sheriff’s
Office. The system furnishes an export feature for exporting the photo
into a specified directory for use in other programs.
The Ki Corp Personnel Imaging and Badges module provides for adding
personnel to the Ki Corp Justice Agency Personnel system. No need for
duplicate entry. All tasks, entering new employee information, taking
a photo, and printing a badge is accomplished using only one system.

The Ki Corp Computer Aided
Dispatch module is designed to assist the Dispatch division of the
Sheriff’s Office with the day to day operations and duties of
logging and tracking calls, logging and tracking radio contacts,
dispatching of vehicles/personnel and reporting of call sheets, radio
logs, patrol logs, system users and group memberships.
The system supports maintenance of ten codes, nature of call codes, a
duty roster and business contacts. All of which are located under one
convenient menu for easy access and navigation.
The Ki Corp Computer Aided Dispatch system furnishes effortless
administration of system users. It supports the locking out of users
to conduct administrative maintenance, allows for controlled
adding/deleting users, groups and permissions and keeps a history of
user logins.

The Ki Corp Interface to Livescan Fingerprinting
is the interface between the Jail Management/Booking Module and the statewide Livescan
Fingerprinting Network that is in use by the Texas DPS. The Jail Management/Booking
System collects all of the personal and demographic information needed by the Livescan
Network during the normal booking process. Information is automatically transferred to
the Livescan Network, which readies the Livescan unit for imaging the
detainees fingerprint. After the Livescan unit digitally captures the
detainees fingerprint, the digital fingerprint along with the appropriate personal
and demographic information is transmitted to Texas DPS. |
