Ki Corp’s County
Maintenance Work Order module is designed to assist the County
Maintenance department with the logging, assigning, tracking and
reporting of maintenance work orders and requests. It is also used to
assist department designees to log work requests and keep track of the
status of a specified work request.
The add request/order screen changes in order to accommodate either
the needs of the Maintenance department or the needs of requesting
departments respectively.
The system assigns a computer generated tracking number to every work
request added to the system. This number may be used for status
tracking, assignments, and reporting.

Ki Corp's Document Imaging
module is designed to assist all County departments with the
management of document imaging. The Document Imaging module
directly effects Ki Corp's Criminal and Civil Case Management modules
and Case Analysis.
Events entered into the Criminal and
Civil Case Management modules which produce documents also print a
label associated with the event. The label identifies the case
for which document belongs. The Document Imaging module
automatically places the scanned documents with the associated case
and is immediately viewable in Ki Corp's Case Analysis.
The physical scanning of a document is
as easy as placing a sheet of paper in a scanner and pressing a
button. All documents are scanned at one time and automatically
entered on the appropriate case and event.
Case Analysis sports a column on the
Event screen to indicate if an image is associated with the
event. If there is an image associated with the event, the
letter "Y" is displayed in the column. In order to
view the document image, double click on the indicator (the letter
"Y") and the image immediately displays on the screen and
can be printed.

A fine is only punishment
if the defendant pays. Ki Corp’s Collections module is designed to
assist the County with the collection of fees and fines assessed on
cases. The system is integrated with Ki Corp’s Civil Justice
Management and Criminal Justice Management to access
case fines and fees assessed by the judge and entered by the clerks
office. The application may also be used as a stand-alone collection
module.
The Collections module reflects all fines and fees, along with
payments made and balances due on a case by case basis. The system is
designed to track payment agreements, payment agreement types, amounts
and frequency of payments made by the defendant. It also
contains a history of any correspondence.

Ki Corp’s High Power module
is designed to assist the Criminal District Attorney’s
office with the management of deleting Criminal Reference Numbers and
Person Identification numbers. The system is used primarily for
changing Person Identification Numbers (PIDs), which
"merges" cases under one Person Identification Number (PID).
Ki Corp systems examined by the Hi Power module: Jail Booking
Management System, Warrants Management, Civil Service Management, Images, Bonds,
Civil Case Management and Criminal Case Management.
Only the District Attorney designated employee may access and execute
the High Power module. Unauthorized access results in an error
message citing the security breach.
