Ki Corp’s High Power program is designed to assist the Criminal District Attorney’s office with the management of deleting Criminal Reference Numbers and Person Identification numbers. The system is used primarily for changing Person Identification Numbers (PIDs), which "merges" cases under one Person Identification Number (PID).

Ki Corp systems examined by the Hi Power program: Jail Booking Management System, Warrants, Civil Service Management, Images, Bonds, Civil Case Management and Criminal Case Management.

Only the District Attorney designated employee may access and execute the High Power program. Unauthorized access results in an error message citing the security breach.
